Aboriginal Business Leader Exchange (ABLE)

Commencing January 19, ICAB will coordinate the delivery of a project-based exchange program targeted at middle management at both corporate and First Nations levels. The program provides opportunities for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal participants to learn about each other’s workplace, social and cultural environments as well as decision-making processes while completing a project that builds skills and encourages on-going capacity-building at both the Aboriginal and corporate level.
